Underwater concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses underwater concrete and a preparation method thereof. The underwater concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 400 parts of medium sand, 600 to 750 parts of gravel, 120 to 280 parts of cement, 5 to 15 parts of inorganic polymeric flocculant, 5 to 10 parts of water reducing agent, 100 to 250 parts of water, 15 to 45 parts of mineral admixture and 10 to 25 parts of impermeable modified polypropylene reticular fiber, the impervious modified polypropylene reticular fibers are obtained by surface modification of polypropylene reticular fibers with an SY-K expansive fiber anti-crack waterproof agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the raw materials except the water and the impermeable modified polypropylene reticular fibers; then adding the impermeable modified polypropylene reticular fibers and stirring; and finally adding water, mixing and stirring to obtain the underwater concrete. The underwater concrete has the advantage of effectively improving the impermeability of the underwater concrete.
