Composite early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of materials for concrete preparation, and discloses a composite early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of an isobutenyl polyethylene glycol ether monomer, 2-5 parts of thiohydracrylic acid, 5-8 parts of acrylic acid, 5-10 parts of ammonium persulfate, 2-6 parts of caustic soda flakes, 2-15 parts of an early-strength component, 2-15 parts of a retarding component and 200-500 parts of soft water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing ammonium persulfate and water to form a material A, mixing mercaptopropionic acid, acrylic acid and water to form a material B, then pumping the isobutenyl polyethylene glycol ether monomer and water into a reaction kettle for dissolving, simultaneously dropwise adding the material A and the material B, carrying out heat-preservation polymerization, then adding water and caustic soda flakes for neutralization, and finally detecting and compounding to form a finished product. The composite early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer is composed of the isobutenyl polyglycol ether monomer, mercaptopropionic acid, acrylic acid and ammonium persulfate, the stability of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is improved, the production process is strictly controlled, and the quality of a finished product is guaranteed.
