Cement-based self-leveling mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides cement-based self-leveling mortar and a preparation method thereof. The cement-based self-leveling mortar comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 40-60% of cement, 10-30% of sand, 5-30% of filler, 0.1-5% of a water-retaining agent, 0.01-0.3% of a defoaming agent, 0.3-10% of a water reducing agentand not more than 3% of dispersible rubber powder. The component B is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: elastic emulsion and deionized water. The solid content of the component B is 10-15%, and the elastic emulsion is one or more of SBR, SBS and styrene-acrylic emulsion. According to the technical scheme, the SBR and the SBS can be modified by a synthesis method to introduce hydrophilic groups to form an emulsion so that a high-molecular compound is dissolved in a cement system and the problem that the cement-based self-leveling mortar is cracked after being used for a periodof time is effectively solved.
