Novel tundish permanent layer castable
The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials and in particular to a novel tundish permanent layer castable. The castable is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-18 parts of bauxite clinker with the particle size being 3-5.0 mm, 40-45 parts of bauxite clinker with the particle size being 0.5-1 mm, 8-16 parts of a mixture of modified zirconium oxide and mullite with the particle size being 0.1 mm or below, 2-4 parts of nano-zinc oxide and 12-16 parts of aluminum oxide micro-powder, and a binder which accounts for 2-5% of the total weight of allthe raw materials. Compared with the existing castable, the tundish castable developed by the invention has better corrosion resistance and strength.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域，具体涉及一种新型中间包永久层浇注料，由以下重量配比的原料组成：粒度3‑5.0mm的矾土熟料15～18份、粒度0.5‑1mm的矾土熟料40～45份、粒度0.1mm以下的改性氧化锆与莫来石的混合物8～16份、纳米氧化锌2～4份、氧化铝微粉12～16份，以及占上述所有原料总重量2～5％的粘结剂。与现有浇注料相比，本发明研制的中间包浇注料具有更好的耐腐性和强度。
