The mullite-calcium dialuminate is adopted as the main raw material of the tundish permanent lining castable, the thermal shock resistance of the castable is obviously improved by adding the calcium dialuminate (CA2), and meanwhile, the ultralow cement bonding technology is adopted, so that the castable achieves higher strength, the castable cracks less, the content of Al2O3 is higher, and the erosion resistance is ensured. Therefore, the castable has better comprehensive performance, so that the service life of the permanent lining castable is prolonged.
