Supporting base for rail bridge
The invention discloses a supporting base for a rail bridge, which comprises a shell and a base body, and further comprises a torsion damping mechanism which is arranged corresponding to a lower basebody and is used for receiving vertical movement of the base body and converting the vertical movement into rotational movement. When the base body is subjected to vibration load to move in the vertical direction, the lower base body presses a transmission rod of the torsion damping mechanism through an inclined surface formed on the outer side so as to enable the transmission rod to rotate, a second arc edge of the transmission rod is pressed by a bulge arranged on a transverse flange at the end part so as to enable the transmission rod to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the transmission rod drives a torsion shaft to rotate, and further a torsion damper is enabled to form damping motion inside to damp and buffer the vibration load received by the base body. According to the invention, the structure is simple, the design is reasonable, the vibration load borne by the base body can be effectively counteracted, and thus a good vibration isolation effect is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种轨道桥梁用支撑支座,包括壳体和座体,还包括对应下座体设置有用于接收座体的竖向移动并将其转换为转动运动的扭转阻尼机构。当座体受到振动载荷在竖向方向运动时,下座体通过外侧形成的斜面压迫扭转阻尼机构的传动杆使其产生转动,并通过端部的横向凸缘上设置的凸起压迫传动杆的第二弧边使得传动杆产生相反方向的转动,从而使得传动杆带动扭转轴转动,进而使得扭转阻尼器内部形成阻尼运动,对座体受到的振动载荷进行阻尼缓冲,本发明结构简单,设计合理,能够有效的对座体受到的振动载荷进行抵消,从而保证较好的隔振效果。
