The invention relates to a pile body soil pressure cell mounting system and method. The pile body soil pressure cell mounting system comprises an air pump, a pile body, a reinforcement cage, a cradling piece, a video monitoring device and a power transmission steering device, the inner side of the reinforcement cage is connected with a base, a protection shell is connected to the base, an openingis formed in the side face of the lower part of the protection shell, the opening is connected with a telescopic bag, the top end of the base is connected with an air cylinder, the air cylinder and the air pump are connected through an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, the inner side of the lower part of the base is connected with a guiding sleeve, the cradling piece is arranged in the guiding sleeve, the left end and the right end of the cradling piece extend to the outside of the guiding sleeve, the left end of the cradling piece is connected with the telescopic bag, the right end of the cradling piece is connected with a soil pressure cell, the power steering device is arranged between a telescopic rod of the air cylinder and the cradling piece, the air cylinder is pressurized through the air pump, the telescopic rod is contracted, and the power steering device is subjected to acting force of the telescopic rod to enable the cradling piece to push the soil pressure cell out. The power transmission steering device and the video monitoring device are combined, and thus mounting visuality of the soil pressure cell is achieved.
本发明涉及桩体土压力盒安装系统及安装方法,该系统包括气泵、桩体、钢筋笼、支架杆、视频监测装置和动力传动转向装置,钢筋笼的内侧连接有底座,底座上连接有保护壳,保护壳下部的侧面开设开口,开口处连接有伸缩囊,底座顶端连接有气缸,气缸与气泵之间通过进气管和出气管连接,底座下部的内侧连接有导向套,支架杆设在导向套内,支架杆的左右两端延伸至导向套外部,支架杆左端与伸缩囊连接,支架杆右端连接有土压力盒,动力转向装置设置在气缸的伸缩杆与支架杆之间,气泵对气缸加压,伸缩杆收缩,动力转向装置因受伸缩杆的作用力致使支架杆将土压力盒推出,本发明将动力传动转向和视频监测装置相结合,实现了土压力盒安装的可视性。
