The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundations and discloses a grouting type steel tube screw pile. The grouting type steel tube screw pile comprises a guiding-portion welding screwblade solid square rod or steel tube, an annular soil-squeezing device, an extending-portion steel tube, a protection wall casing pipe, a cement-based slurry and a connection steel sleeve. According to the grouting type steel tube screw pile, by means of the annular soil-squeezing device and the protection wall casing pipe, a stable pile body hole is formed in the upper portion of the steel tube screw pile during rotating construction, then grouting is performed on the interior of the protection wall casing pipe, and the grouting type steel tube screw pile is formed; on the one hand, the crosssection of a pile body is improved, the pile body stability and the structural bearing capacity are improved, on the other hand, a corrosion-resistant protection jacket is formed, and the corrosion resistance of the screw pile is improved; and accordingly the anti-bending rigidity and the structural bearing capacity of the grouting type steel tube screw pile can be improved on the basis of an existing steel tube screw pile, and the corrosion resistance of the pile can be improved to a certain degree.
本发明涉及桩基础技术领域,本发明公开了一种注浆式钢管螺旋桩,包括引导部分焊接螺旋叶片的实心方杆或钢管、环形挤土装置、延长部分钢管、护壁套管、水泥基浆体和连接钢套筒;本发明注浆式钢管螺旋桩通过设置环形挤土装置和护壁套管,保证钢管螺旋桩旋进施工时在上部形成稳定的桩身孔,然后在护壁套管内进行注浆,形成注浆式钢管螺旋桩,一方面增大了桩身横断面,提高了桩身稳定性及结构承载力,另一方面还形成了防腐护套,提升了螺旋桩的耐腐蚀性能,因此,注浆式钢管螺旋桩能够在钢管螺旋桩的基础上提高抗弯刚度和结构承载力,且能够一定程度提高桩的耐腐蚀性能。
