The invention discloses a segmented grouting bag type screw pile and a construction method. The segmented grouting bag type screw pile comprises a steel floral tube, a conical pile head, spiral blades, one-way slurry outlet valves, steel rings, plugging films and a body expanding film, wherein the head of the steel floral tube is the conical pile head; the steel rings and the plugging films are fixed to the preset positions of different depths inside the steel floral tube in the axis direction of the steel floral tube; the outer rings of the steel rings are welded to the inner wall of the steel floral tube; the plugging films are fixed to the inner rings of the steel rings; the steel floral tube is divided into a plurality of grouting sections through the steel rings and the plugging films; a plurality of slurry outlet holes are formed in each grouting section; each grouting section is provided with an expansion body film; the expansion body films are fixed to the outer ring of the steel floral tube through fixing pieces; the one-way slurry outlet valves are arranged on slurry outlet holes located inside the expansion body films; and the spiral blades are welded outside the steel floral tube sections between the adjacent expansion body films.
本发明公开了一种分段注浆的囊式螺旋桩及施工方法，包括钢花管、锥形桩头、螺旋叶片、单向出浆阀、钢圈、封堵膜及扩体膜；钢花管的头部为锥形桩头，沿着钢花管的轴线方向，在钢花管内部不同深度的预设位置处固定有钢圈和封堵膜，钢圈的外圈焊接在钢花管的内壁上，在钢圈的内圈固定有封堵膜，钢圈和封堵膜将钢花管分成若干注浆段；在每段注浆段上均设置有若干出浆孔，且每段注浆段均设置有一个扩体膜，扩体膜通过固定件固定在钢花管的外圈，位于扩体膜内部的出浆孔上安装单向出浆阀；在相邻扩体膜之间的钢花管段外部焊接螺旋叶片。
