Integrated pipe gallery construction trolley and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an integrated pipe gallery construction trolley and a construction method thereof. The problems that an existing pipe gallery construction formwork is low in supporting precision and low in construction speed are effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, the integrated pipe gallery construction trolley comprises an inner trolley body, an outer frame and a connecting part, wherein rolling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the inner trolley body and the lower side of the top of the outer frame; the connecting part is a rectangular steel structure plane; the connecting part connects the front end of the inner trolley body with the front end of the outer frame; and a plurality of automatically-controlled hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the left outer wall, the right outer wall and the top of the inner trolley body and the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the outer frame. According to the integrated pipe gallery construction trolley, the integrated inner trolley body and the integrated outer frame are designed, assembling is conducted at the construction starting stage, the integrated pipe gallery construction trolley can integrally move along a construction section, automatic supporting is achieved, an outer supporting frame does not need to be built every time, the formwork supporting precision is greatly improved, the pipe gallery formwork erecting automation degree and the construction efficiency are improved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及一体式管廊施工台车及其施工方法,有效的解决了目前管廊施工模板支撑精度低,施工速度慢的问题;解决的技术方案包括内台车、外框架和连接部,内台车的底部以及外框架的顶部下侧均设有滚轮,连接部为一个矩形的钢结构平面,连接部将内台车的前端和外框架的前端连接起来,内台车的左右外壁和顶部以及外框架的左右内壁上均设有多个自动化控制的液压缸;本发明设计了一体式的内台车和外框架,在施工开始阶段进行组装,即可沿施工段整体移动,自动支撑,不需每次搭建外支撑架,大大提高了模板支撑精度,提高管廊支模自动化程度和施工效率,缩短工期。
