The invention relates to the field of pipe gallery construction methods, in particular to a pipe gallery trolley construction method capable of achieving the construction efficiency of an underground comprehensive pipe gallery hydraulic formwork trolley in a sinking section or an occasion with a large construction longitudinal slope through a height-adjustable suspension plate, and the pipe gallery trolley construction method comprises the following steps that a, a pipe gallery concrete bottom plate and a U-shaped guide wall are constructed; b, side wall formworks and reinforcing steel bars are installed; c, placing the trolley in place; d, trolley adjustment; e, steel bars and embedded parts are installed; f, concrete pouring; and g, demolding. H, the trolley moving modes comprise the following two modes: when the strength of the top concrete reaches the design strength, the trolley and the top formwork integrally move; and after the strength of the top concrete reaches 80%, a temporary vertical support is arranged in the pipe gallery, the trolley is separated from the top formwork, the trolley walks forwards in advance, and after the trolley reaches the position of the next section, the step a to the step g are repeated for construction of the next section.
