Intelligent sewer dredging system based on Internet of Things technology
The invention discloses an intelligent sewer dredging system based on an Internet of Things technology. The system comprises a dredging mechanism and an intelligent control system, wherein the sewagedredging mechanism comprises a first sewage pump and a second sewage pump, the intelligent control system module comprises a single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is connected witha flow speed sensor, a positioning module, an alarm module, a WiFi module and a sewage pump comprising the first sewage pump and the second sewage pump, and a sewage crushing mechanism is further arranged between the first sewage pump and the second sewage pump. When sewer dredging operation is carried out, the blockage position is detected by a sewage pipe which extends into the sewage pump, thesewage pump is started, and sludge, leaves and other blocked sundries at the blockage position are sucked away by utilizing the suction force of the sewage pump, so that a sewer is dredged. Compared with the existing operation that an air pump is used for reopening the blockage position through air pressure, impurities in the blockage position are sucked away, so that the situation that the impurities are still in the sewer and cause blockage again is avoided, and the dredging effect of the sewer is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种基于物联网技术的智能下水管道疏通系统,包括疏通机构和智能控制系统组成,污水疏通机构包括第一抽污泵与第二抽污泵,所述智能控制系统模块包括单片机,单片机上连接有流速传感器、定位模块、报警模块、WiFi模块以及包括第一抽污泵与第二抽污泵的抽污泵,所述第一抽污泵与第二抽污泵之间还设有污水破碎机构。本发明中,在进行下水道疏通作业时,通过伸入抽污泵的污水管来探测堵塞位置,再开启抽污泵,利用抽污泵的吸力将堵塞位置的污泥、树叶等堵塞杂物吸走,从而打通下水道,较现有的使用气泵利用气压重开堵塞位置相比,将堵塞位置的杂物吸走,从而避免杂物仍处于下水道中,再次造成堵塞的情况发生,保证了下水道疏通的效果。
