The invention discloses an Intelligent sewer line dredging system based on Internet of Things. The system comprises a sewage dredging mechanism and an intelligent control system module, the sewage dredging mechanism comprises a first sewage pump and a second sewage pump, the intelligent control system module rises a single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is connected with a flowvelocity sensor, a locating module, an alarm module, a WiFi module and a sewage pump comprising the first sewage pump and the second sewage pump, and a sewage crushing mechanism is also arranged between the first sewage pump and the second sewage pump. In the system provided by the invention, when a sewer line dredging operation is executed, a blockage position is detected through a sewage pipe stretching into the sewage pump, then, the sewage pump is started, blockage sundries, such as sludge and leaves, are absorbed away through a suction force of the sewage pump, thus, a sewer line can be dredged, and compared with the existing mode of reopening the blockage position through air pressure by an air pup, the sundries of the blockage position can be absorbed away, a situation where the sundries are still in the sewer line and causes blockage again can be avoided, and a sewer line dredging effect is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种基于物联网技术的智能下水管道疏通系统,包括疏通机构和智能控制系统组成,污水疏通机构包括第一抽污泵与第二抽污泵,所述智能控制系统模块包括单片机,单片机上连接有流速传感器、定位模块、报警模块、WiFi模块以及包括第一抽污泵与第二抽污泵的抽污泵,所述第一抽污泵与第二抽污泵之间还设有污水破碎机构。本发明中,在进行下水道疏通作业时,通过伸入抽污泵的污水管来探测堵塞位置,再开启抽污泵,利用抽污泵的吸力将堵塞位置的污泥、树叶等堵塞杂物吸走,从而打通下水道,较现有的使用气泵利用气压重开堵塞位置相比,将堵塞位置的杂物吸走,从而避免杂物仍处于下水道中,再次造成堵塞的情况发生,保证了下水道疏通的效果。
