Building module, modular building and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a modular building. The modular building comprises a plurality of building modules and connecting plates, wherein the building modules are connected with one another in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction; for every two adjacent building modules in the vertical direction, the lower end of a connecting screw rod is connected with a sleeve of the lower building module, the upper end of the connecting screw rod penetrates through a pipe fitting of the upper building module and is positioned in a box body, and the upper end of the connecting screw rod is connected with the box body in a fastened mode through a nut; and for every two adjacent building modules in the horizontal direction, the connecting plates are simultaneously overlapped on the left sidewall/the right side wall of the adjacent building modules in the horizontal direction, and at least one connecting screw rod of each building module of the adjacent building modules in the horizontaldirection penetrates through a through hole of the corresponding connecting plate. According to the modular building, the number of modular building components is small, the universality and the interchangeability of positioning pieces and the connecting plates are high, and the construction efficiency of the modular building is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种模块化建筑，其包括若干个建筑模块以及连接板，若干个上述建筑模块在水平方向上和竖直方向上相互连接；对于在竖直方向上的相邻两个建筑模块，所述连接螺杆的下端与下方建筑模块的所述套筒连接，所述连接螺杆的上端穿过上方建筑模块的所述管件位于所述盒体内，且所述连接螺杆的上端通过螺母与所述盒体进行紧固连接；对于在水平方向上的相邻的建筑模块，所述连接板同时搭接在水平方向上的相邻建筑模块的左侧墙/右侧墙，且在水平方向上相邻建筑模块的每一个建筑模块的至少一个所述连接螺杆穿过所述连接板的通孔。本发明的模块化建筑构件数量少，定位件和连接板通用性、互换性强，极大地提升了模块化建筑的施工效率。
