Climbing formwork device for building construction
The invention relates to a climbing formwork device for building construction. The climbing formwork device comprises an inner formwork, an attached wall guide rail, a climbing frame and an outer formwork, wherein the climbing frame is provided with an overturning mechanism, and the inner formwork is installed on the overturning mechanism; and the overturning mechanism is used for driving the inner formwork to overturn across a wall body so as to selectively enable the inner formwork to be positioned on the outer side or the inner side of the wall body. By use of the climbing formwork, the inner formwork is switched to be positioned between the outer side or the inner side of the wall body, when the inner formwork is positioned on the inner side of the wall body, the inner formwork can becombined with the outer formwork for pouring concrete, and when the inner formwork is positioned on the outer side of the wall body, the inner formwork and the outer formwork can upwards climb along with the climbing frame. On one hand, a working procedure of singly climbing the inner formwork can be omitted so as to improve construction convenience and flexibility and shorten construction duration. On the other hand, during climbing, the inner formwork and the outer formwork can be both positioned on the outer side of the wall body so as to avoid from colliding with a building structure and building construction equipment positioned on the inner side of the wall body, the climbing formwork device is reasonable in design, and construction feasibility is improved.
本发明涉及一种建筑施工爬模装置。包括内模板、附墙导轨、爬架和外模板;该爬架上安装有翻转机构,内模板安装于翻转机构上;翻转机构用于带动内模板作越过墙体的翻转,以可选择地使内模板位于墙体的外侧或者内侧。本发明能够使内模板在位于墙体的外侧或者内侧之间切换当内模板位于墙体的内侧时能够与外模板合模以用于浇筑昆凝土,当内模板位于墙体的外侧时能够与外模板一起跟随爬架向上爬升。一方面可省去单独爬升内模板的工序,提高施工的便利性及灵活性,缩短施工时长;另一方面,爬升时能够将内模板和外模板均处于墙体的外侧,避免在爬升过程中碰撞到位于墙体内侧的建筑结构以及建筑施工设备,设计合理,提高施工的可行性。
