The invention discloses a ladder trundle support device assembled and disassembled without a tool. The device comprises a wheel frame and a manual locking assembly. The wheel frame comprises a rollerpart and a ladder foot part, the roller part is used for mounting of a roller, the ladder foot part is inserted on a ladder foot in a sleeving manner, ejecting plate hole grooves are formed in the ladder foot part, the manual locking assembly comprises an ejecting plate, a thrust part and a friction part, the ejecting plate is matched with the ejecting plate hole grooves in the ladder foot part, the thrust part is arranged on the ejecting plate, the thrust part drives the friction part to press the ladder foot, and an external packaging structure matched with a ladder stand column foot and a manual locking mechanism are designed. The external packaging structure is matched with a foot structure of the ladder, the manual locking mechanism generates friction force, a whole body can be fixedto the ladder foot of the ladder, the aim of fixing a trundle is achieved, the ladder can be convenient to move and transfer, due to design of the manual locking mechanism, the whole mounting and dismounting process of the device completely does not need to use any tool, and use is quite convenient.
