The invention relates to a chlorine-free high-strength concrete accelerator and a preparation method thereof, wherein the chlorine-free high-strength concrete accelerator comprises, by weight, 100-120parts of bauxite, 40-60 parts of quick lime, 20-40 parts of sodium carbonate, 10-20 parts of cellulose, 5-10 parts of a melamine water reducing agent and 200-400 parts of water. According to the invention, the water reducing agent is added into the accelerator, and the accelerator is added into concrete, so that water in the concrete can be effectively removed while the accelerator plays a role in accelerating the concrete so as to further enhance the solidification effect of the concrete.
