High-strength concrete accelerator and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength concrete accelerator which comprises aluminum silicate, ammonia monohydrate, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide and water. According to the accelerator, the hydration reaction of tricalcium aluminate (C3A) and tricalcium silicate (C3S) in the concrete is promoted, so that the accelerated coagulation and hardening of the concrete are accelerated, and the coagulation time after the concrete is poured is shortened; the invention also discloses a preparation method of the high-strength concrete accelerator, which comprises the following steps: putting the weighed aluminum silicate and ammonia monohydrate into a reaction kettle, then adding water for reaction, and heating and stirring the reaction kettle; adding sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide into the reaction kettle, and stirring; adding a naphthalene sulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate into the solution prepared in the step 2; adding a stabilizer, a chelating agent, an enhancer and an adhesive into the solution prepared in the step 3, heating, stirring and standing to prepare the high-strength concrete accelerator, and the preparation method is simple and convenient and suitable for industrialized production.
