The invention discloses an anti-freezing polymeric aluminum liquid alkali-free accelerator and a preparation method thereof. The anti-freezing polymeric aluminum liquid alkali-free accelerator comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-25% of aluminum sulfate, 20-30% of aluminum nitrate, 5-15% of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 5-10% of aluminum alkoxide, 4-8% of alkylol amine, 0.5-1.5% of an inorganic dispersing agent and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. In the preparation process, an ultrasonic cavitation effect is adopted, so that aluminum alkoxide is rapidly dispersed and hydrolyzed, the aluminum alkoxide and aluminum sulfate act together to prepare a polyaluminum sulfate system alkali-free accelerator, and compared with a conventional ammonia water neutralizing aluminum sulfate method, the preparation time is shorter, and the operation is simpler; besides, an aluminum alkoxide hydrolysis byproduct triisopropyl alcohol or tert-butyl alcohol is used as a system anti-freezing organic component, and the freezing point of an accelerator aqueous solution is reduced by the aluminum alkoxide hydrolysis byproducttriisopropyl alcohol or tert-butyl alcohol and an aluminum nitrate inorganic anti-freezing component, so that the crystallization phenomenon and the working performance of the alkali-free acceleratorin winter or cold regions are avoided.
本发明公开了一种抗冻聚合铝型液体无碱速凝剂及其制备方法。本发明所述抗冻聚合铝型液体无碱速凝剂的各组分质量分数为:硫酸铝15‑25%,硝酸铝20‑30%,磷酸二氢铝5‑15%,醇铝5‑10%,醇胺4‑8%,无机分散剂0.5‑1.5%,余量为水,各组分质量百分比之和为100%。本发明制备过程中采用超声空化效应,使醇铝快速分散水解,与硫酸铝共同作用制备聚合硫酸铝体系无碱速凝剂,较常规氨水中和硫酸铝法制备耗时更短,操作较为简单;此外,利用醇铝水解副产物三异丙醇或叔丁醇,作为体系防冻有机组分,与硝酸铝无机抗冻组分共同降低速凝剂水溶液的冰点,保证无碱速凝剂在冬季或寒冷地区的产品无结晶现象及工作性能。
