Anti-freezing air-entraining alkali-free liquid accelerator and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an anti-freezing air-entraining alkali-free liquid accelerator and a preparation method thereof. The anti-freezing air-entraining alkali-free liquid accelerator comprises thefollowing raw materials by mass percentage: 15-30% of aluminum sulfate, 5-10% of fluorine-containing acid, 5-8% of aluminum hydroxide, 3-7% of alcohol amine compound, 6-12% of anti-freezing air-entraining component, 0.5-2% of dispersing agent and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%; the anti-freezing air entraining component is composed of the following components: 35-40% of an anti-freezing component, 14-17% of an air entraining component, 1.5-3% of a stabilizer and 43-48% of water. The invention also comprises a preparation method of the accelerator. The accelerator is good in accelerating effect and high in stability; and when being used in concrete, the early strength agent has the advantages of short setting time, high early strength, high later strength retention rate and low injection resilience rate, and is wide in application and suitable for industrial production.
