Machine-made sand-based thermal insulation mortar
The invention provides machine-made sand-based thermal insulation mortar, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 61.9-65.7% of machine-made sand with a particle sizeof 0-1.2 mm, 6% of machine-made sand with a material diameter of 1.2-2.4 mm, 12% of cement, 6.2-10% of a powder material, 10% of polystyrene particles, and 0.1% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether. According to the invention, all the components are mixed; during use, a proper amount of water is added, and uniform mixing is performed so as to be used; by using the machine-made sand components,gradation has good regulation performance, and the stability of the product can be ensured; by using hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether as a water retention thickening agent, cement can be fully hydrated, the bonding strength is obviously improved, and the tensile strength and the shearing strength are improved; and polystyrene particles are added into mortar and dispersed in cement concrete mortar, and the cement concrete wraps the polystyrene particles to form thermal insulation concrete after curing so as to achieve the effects of thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire prevention anddurability.
本发明提供一种机制砂基保温砂浆,由如下重量百分比的成分组成:0‑1.2mm粒径机制砂61.9%~65.7%;1.2‑2.4mm料径机制砂6%;水泥12%;粉料6.2%~10%;聚苯乙烯颗粒10%;羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.1%,本发明中的各成分经混合而成,使用时,加入适量的水拌合均匀,即可使用,采用机制砂的成分,级配具有较好的可调控性,且可保证产品的稳定性,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚作为保水增稠剂,可以使水泥充分水化、明显增加粘结强度,提高抗拉伸度和剪切强度,聚苯乙烯颗粒加入砂浆中,分散在水泥混凝砂浆中,固化后,水泥混凝土包裹聚苯乙烯颗粒形成保温混凝土,具有保温隔热、隔音和防火耐用的效果。
