Machine-made sand-based quick-setting weighbridge mortar
The invention provides machine-made sand-based quick-setting weighbridge mortar which is formed by mixing premixed dry-mixed masonry mortar and water. The premixed dry-mixed masonry mortar is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 16 to 18 percent of P.042.5R ordinary Portland cement, 7 to 18 percent of stone powder, 55 percent of machine-made sand of 0 to 1.2 mm, 5 to 15 percent of machine-made sand of 1.2 to 2.4 mm, 18 to 28 percent of machine-made sand of 2.4 to 4.75 mm, 0.02 to 0.03 percent of cellulose ether, 0.02 percent of a thixotropic lubricant and 0.05 percent of calcium stearate. During use, the water adding amount is 14-16%. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: crushing high-purity limestone to obtain machine-made sand; conveying the machine-made sand, the cement, the powder and the additive into respective metering scales by using packing augers respectively; and mixing the weighed components in a stirrer to obtain the required mortar. Compared with the prior art, the high-quality machine-made sand is used, and gradation has good controllability. According to the invention, the setting time of the mortar is accelerated, the early strength of the material is greatly improved, the stability and sustainability of the quality of the material are ensured, and the construction efficiency of a construction site is accelerated.
本发明提出了一种机制砂基快速凝结地秤砂浆,由预拌干混砌筑砂浆和水混合而成,所述预拌干混砌筑砂浆的各组分的质量分数如下:P.042.5R普通硅酸盐水泥16~18%、石粉7~18%、0~1.2mm的机制砂55%、1.2~2.4mm的机制砂5~15%、2.4~4.75mm的机制砂18%~28%、纤维素醚0.02~0.03%、触变润滑剂0.02%和硬脂酸钙0.05%,使用时加水量14~16%,其制作过程如下:将高纯度石灰石进行破碎后得到机制砂;将机制砂、水泥、粉料和添加剂分别用绞龙输送到各自的计量秤里;将称量好的组分进入到搅拌机中进行混合处理,得到所需砂浆。与现有技术相比,使用高品质机制砂,级配具有较好可调控性;本发明加快了砂浆的凝结时间,对材料的早期强度进行了大幅度提升,同时保证其质量的稳定性和可持续性,加快了施工现场的施工效率。
