Compact abrasive belt type steel rail grinding device
The invention provides a compact abrasive belt type steel rail grinding device. The abrasive belt tensioning device comprises an abrasive belt wheel train transmission structure, and a transverse movement structure, a vertical movement structure, a deflection movement structure, a locking mechanism and an abrasive belt tensioning mechanism which are connected with the abrasive belt wheel train transmission structure. The abrasive belt wheel train structure drives a driving wheel to move through a driving motor and a triangular belt wheel transmission mechanism, and the driving wheel drives anabrasive belt to conduct grinding operation. The vertical movement structure drives the abrasive belt wheel train structure to move vertically through bearing of the vertical guide rail, the verticalsliding block and the vertical support. The deflection motion structure drives the abrasive belt wheel train structure to perform deflection motion through a deflection motor and a rack; the transverse movement structure drives the abrasive belt wheel train structure to transversely move through a transverse electric lead screw and a transverse motor. The compactness of the grinding unit is achieved, the deflection angle of the grinding unit towards the inner side of the steel rail is increased, the longitudinal space of the grinding unit along the steel rail is effectively utilized, and the length of a grinding train is shortened on the premise that the number of grinding heads is the same.
本发明提供了一种紧凑型砂带式钢轨打磨装置。包括:砂带轮系传动结构,以及与砂带轮系传动结构连接的横向运动结构、垂直运动结构、偏转运动结构、锁紧机构和砂带张紧机构。砂带轮系结构通过驱动电机和三角带轮传动机构带动主动轮运动,主动轮带动砂带进行打磨作业;垂直运动结构通过垂向导轨、垂向滑块以及垂向支架承载带动砂带轮系结构进行垂向运动;偏转运动结构通过偏转电机和齿条带动砂带轮系结构进行偏转运动;横向运动结构通过横向电动丝杆和横向电机带动砂带轮系结构进行横向运动。本发明实现了打磨单元的紧凑性,增大了打磨单元向钢轨内侧的偏转角度,有效利用了打磨单元沿钢轨纵向的空间,在相同打磨头数的前提下缩短打磨列车的长度。
