The invention provides an electric push rod type abrasive belt type steel rail grinding device. The device comprises a grinding motor, a synchronous belt, a tensioning device, a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate, a third supporting plate, an abrasive belt, a frame, a guide seat, a guide frame, a sliding guide sleeve, a deflection movement electric cylinder and a transverse movementelectric cylinder. The tensioning device is fixedly installed on the second supporting plate, the third supporting plate is fixedly installed on the tensioning device, the polishing motor is fixedlyinstalled at the top of the third supporting plate, and the tensioning device and the polishing motor form a rotating structure through a synchronous belt. The transverse movement electric cylinder isfixedly installed at the top of the first supporting plate, and the sliding structure is formed between the guide frame and the guide base through the transverse movement electric cylinder. The deflection movement electric cylinder is fixedly installed on the guide frame, and the deflection structure is formed between the guide frame and the sliding guide sleeve through the deflection electric cylinder. Movement of the abrasive belt grinding unit in the transverse direction, the vertical direction and the deflection direction is achieved through the electric push rod, the complexity degree ofthe grinding vehicle is reduced, and the grinding efficiency is improved.
