The invention discloses a sponge city water resource utilization device. The device comprises a plurality of water storage tanks symmetrically formed in the viaduct surface, each water storage tank isprovided with a steel plate net and contraction bags, a plurality of rectangular grooves are formed in each steel plate net at equal intervals and arranged in an array mode, each contraction bag is provided with a plurality of communicating holes, and the contraction bags are filled with low-boiling-point evaporation liquid. Through the interaction of structures such as the contraction bags, thesteel plate nets and the communication holes, the contraction bags are inflated, water in the water storage tank is extruded, water is pressed into the absorbent cotton through a first conveying pipe,gathered on the absorbent cotton under the adsorption effect, slowly absorbed by soil in a cultivation tank and then supplied to roots of plants, water can be automatically supplemented when the external temperature is high, regular driving and manual water spraying for supplementing are not needed, labor force is saved, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种海绵城市水资源利用装置，包括对称开设在高架桥面上的蓄水槽，所述蓄水槽的数量为多个，每个所述蓄水槽上安装有钢板网和收缩囊，所述钢板网上等间距设有多个矩形槽，且呈阵列设置，每个所述收缩囊上设有多个连通孔，所述收缩囊内填充有低沸点蒸发液。本发明通过收缩囊、钢板网、连通孔等结构的相互作用，从而使收缩囊膨胀，让蓄水槽内部的水被挤压，通过第一输送管被压入吸水棉中，在吸附作用下，水汇存在吸水棉上，慢慢的被栽培槽内的土壤吸收，然后给予植物根部水以及营养，可以在外界温度高的时候可以自动补充水分，不需要定期的开车人工喷水进行补给，节约劳动力，减少成本。
