Recycled asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to recycled asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled asphalt concrete is prepared from, by weight, 40-70 parts of new asphalt, 30-50 parts of waste asphaltmixture, 10-20 parts of coarse aggregate, 8-12 parts of fine aggregate, 2-5 parts of regenerant, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 1-2 parts of SBS modifier. The invention solves the problem that an existing asphalt concrete pavement is poor in aging resistance and durability, so that the asphalt concrete pavement is not used for a long time, the phenomenon of hollowing is caused, and the later continuous use is influenced. The prepared recycled asphalt concrete is excellent in performance, can be tightly attached to old asphalt concrete in the splicing process, meets the use requirements of highpavements, and can provide important reference for development of asphalt concrete in China.
本发明涉及一种再生沥青混凝土及其制备方法,其中一种再生沥青混凝土,按照重量份计算,包括以下成分:40~70份新沥青、30~50份废旧沥青混合料、10~20份粗集料、8~12份细集料、2~5份再生剂、1~3份抗氧化剂和1~2份SBS改性剂。本发明解决了现有沥青混凝土路面的耐老化性和耐久性较差,进而导致沥青混凝土路面并未使用多久便出现坑洼不堪的现象,影响后期的继续使用的问题。本发明制备的再生沥青混凝土性能优异,在与旧沥青混凝土之间在拼接时能够紧密贴合,满足高等路面的使用要求,可为我国沥青混凝土发展提供重要的参考。
