Insulation board for building curtain wall, and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses an insulation board for a building curtain wall, and a preparation process thereof. The insulation board is prepared from, by weight, 30-40 parts of silica fume, 15-30 parts offly ash, 2.5-5 parts of azodicarbonamide, 60-80 parts of deionized water, 20-40 parts of polystyrene, 7.5-10 parts of a flame retardant, 7-15 parts of a light stabilizer, 100-150 parts of cement, 15-20 parts of a modifying reinforcing agent and 1.5-3 parts of an early strength agent. The modifying reinforcing agent contains an alkoxy group, and the alkoxy group is connected to a silicon atom, anda condensation reaction is carried out on the alkoxy group and an active hydroxyl group on the surface of the silica fume to form a Si-O-Si bond, so the hardness of the insulation board is further improved; and molecules of the modifying reinforcing agent contain a large number of halogen groups, the viscosity of the foaming particles is increased due to a large number of hydrogen bonds, and theVan der Waals attraction and the winding degree between macromolecular chains of the foaming particles are correspondingly increased, so the toughness of the insulation board is improved, the insulation board is not prone to cracking, and the service life of the insulation board is further prolonged.
