Cemented filling material for coal mines and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a coal mine cemented filling material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: adding water into a stirrer, stirring, adding a viscosity modifier and stirring for 30-40 s to be uniform; reducing the rotating speed of the stirrer, adding fly ash and a cementing material, and stirring for 40-50 s to obtain a cementing material; reducing therotating speed of the stirrer, adding coal gangue into the cementing material, and stirring for 50-60 s, wherein the mass percentages of the coal gangue, the coal ash, the cementing material, the viscosity modifier and the water are 46-50%, 18-22%, 10-7%, 1-3% and 25-18% respectively, the mass ratio of the coal gangue with the particle size of 0-5 mm to the coal gangue with the particle size of 5-10 mm to the coal gangue with the particle size of 10-15 mm is 21:15:14, and the mass ratio of the secondary coal ash to the fine coal ash to the original coal ash is 18:35:7. The filling material isgood in pumpability, and pipe blockage accidents are prevented.
