The manufacturing method of the casting residue grating plate comprises the following steps: A, screening the air-quenched steel slag by using a 9.5 mm screen, and taking the screened air-quenched steel slag as a raw material of the casting residue grating plate; B, mixing and stirring the casting residue gratingplate raw materials to be uniform, wherein the casting residue grating plate raw materials comprise, by weight, 2260-2320 parts of the air-quenched steel slag, 250-260 parts of ordinary cement, 170-180 parts of refractory cement and 210-220 parts of water; C, arranging a mold, a supporting plate and a prefabricated steel reinforcement framework on a vibration table; D, conveying the casting residue grating plate raw material into the mold, starting up the vibration table for compaction, and scraping the casting residue grating plate raw material flat along the upper edge of the mold; and E, maintaining the casting residue grating plate, and demolding after maintenance.
