The steel slag and the casting residue tailings are used as raw materials to prepare the casting residue grating plate, high-added-value utilization of low-grade solid waste resources is achieved, meanwhile, the production cost of the grating plate is reduced, economic benefits are improved, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.
本发明涉及铸余渣格栅板技术领域，尤其是涉及一种铸余渣格栅板及其制备方法，包括如下步骤：S1、采用筛网对钢渣、铸余渣尾料进行筛分，收集筛下物作为原料；S2、将步骤S1收集的钢渣、铸余渣尾料以及水泥和水加入配料机中搅拌混合均匀；S3、在格栅板模具中放置折钩钢筋和钢筋网片，将步骤S2混合均匀的物料倒入格栅板模具中压制成型；S4、对步骤S3压制成型的格栅板进行养护和脱模，得到铸余渣格栅板。本发明中以钢渣和铸余渣尾料为原料制备铸余渣格栅板，实现低品位固废资源的高附加价值利用，同时降低格栅板的生产成本，提高经济效益，适于规模化生产。
