Composite phase-change exterior wall tile
The invention discloses a composite phase-change exterior wall tile, which comprises a dense glazing layer, a porous bonding layer is positioned below the dense glaze layer; a sealing layer surroundsthe periphery and the bottom surface of the porous bonding layer; the porous bonding layer and the sealing layer are both of a porous structure, the porous bonding layer is filled with a composite phase-change material, the sealing layer is formed by applying Portland cement to seal the porous structure after the porous bonding layer is filled with the composite phase-change material, and the composite phase-change material comprises polyolefin, a carbon material, a silicate material and a high-molecular polymer. The composite phase-change material is sealed in the composite phase-change exterior wall tile through the porous structure, so that the composite phase-change material becomes the porous bonding layer, the heat capacity of the exterior wall tile is greatly improved, the indoor temperature balance of a building is realized, and the indoor temperature fluctuation is reduced. In addition, the porous bonding layer is not completely filled with the composite phase change material,so that even if solid-liquid phase change occurs, a recombined space is provided for expansion of the composite phase change material, and cracking of the exterior wall tile is avoided.
本发明公开了一种复合相变外墙砖,包括致密釉面层,位于致密釉面层下的多孔结合层,以及包围多孔结合层四周和底面的封闭层,所述多孔结合层与所述封闭层均为多孔结构,所述多孔结合层内填充有复合相变材料,所述封闭层在多孔结合层填充复合相变材料后施加硅酸盐水泥封闭多孔结构,所述复合相变材料包括聚烯烃、碳素材料、硅酸盐材料和高分子聚合物。本发明提供的复合相变外墙砖内部通过多孔结构封存了复合相变材料,使之成为多孔结合层,大大提升了该外墙砖的热容,实现建筑物室内温度均衡,降低室内温度波动的效果。并且由于所述复合相变材料在多孔结合层并未完全填满,因此即使其发生固‑液相变后也有重组的空间供其膨胀,避免外墙砖发生破裂。
