Ultrahigh-viscosity asphalt porous anti-skid surface layer and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an ultrahigh-viscosity asphalt porous anti-skid surface layer, which is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 86-93% of aggregate, 6-9% of high-viscosity high-elasticity asphalt, 2-3% of mineral powder and 0.2-0.4% of polyester fibers, wherein the aggregate accounts for 86-93% of the anti-skid surface layer in weight percentage, the high-viscosity high-elasticity asphalt accounts for 6-9% of the anti-skid surface layer in weight percentage, the mineral powder accounts for 2-3% of the aggregate in weight percentage, and the polyester fibers account for 0.2-0.4% of the aggregate in weight percentage. The invention further discloses a construction method of the anti-skid surface layer. During construction and rolling, a double-steel-wheel road roller is adopted for static pressure. The anti-skid surface layer formed by the invention has excellent anti-skid, drainage and noise reduction performance. Meanwhile, the total void ratio of the mixture is 12-16%, the communication void ratio is 10-15%, the mixture void can be effectively prevented from being blocked while excellent drainage performance is achieved, and good drainage durability is achieved.
本发明公开了一种超高粘沥青多孔抗滑表层,由如下重量比的各组分组成,分别是占抗滑表层重量比为86~93%的集料、占抗滑表层重量比为6~9%的高粘高弹沥青、占集料重量比为2~3%的矿粉和占集料质量比2~4‰的聚酯纤维。本发明还公开了所述抗滑表层的施工方法,施工碾压时均采用双钢轮压路机静压。本发明形成的抗滑表层具有优良的抗滑、排水及降噪性能。同时,混合料总空隙率为12~16%,连通空隙率为10~15%,可在具备优良排水性能的同时,有效防止混合料空隙被堵塞,具有良好的排水耐久性。
