The invention discloses an airport asphalt pavement maintenance method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, sequentially marking a plurality of circles with equal areas on a damaged asphaltpavement; S2, injecting engineering emulsions with different proportions into the circles; S3, observing the change of the asphalt pavement in each circle, and selecting an optimal distribution amount; S4, quantitatively and uniformly spraying the engineering emulsions on the surface of the asphalt pavement; S5, performing standing treatment for 20-30 min, and injecting the engineering emulsions completely into the asphalt pavement; S6, uniformly spraying and distributing e fine stones on the surface of the asphalt pavement; S7, grinding the fine stones, fully filling capillary cracks, and wrapping and absorbing redundant engineering emulsions simultaneously; and S8, using a sweeping device to sweep the fine stones adsorbed with the emulsions. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages and effects: the engineering emulsions are sprayed to supplement light fractions for the aged asphalt, so that the net crack self-healing of the asphalt pavement is realized; the construction period is shortened; and the maintenance construction process is easier and more convenient.
