The invention discloses a connecting structure based on a bridge pier and a bridge at a bridge expansion joint. The connecting structure includes support bases, wherein supporting piers are fixedly mounted in the middles of the top ends of the supporting bases; a bridge body supporting plate is fixedly supported at the top ends of the supporting piers; fastening bolts are fixedly installed at thefour corners of the bridge body supporting plate; one end of each fastening bolt is rotationally connected with a connecting rod; one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the bridge body supporting plate arranged at the top ends of the supporting piers; rubber supporting pads are fixedly mounted on the surface of the bridge body supporting plate; and a bridge floor is supported at the tops of the rubber supporting pads. The connecting structure has the beneficial effects that the whole supporting bridge piers and the ground can be vertically and fixedly installed conveniently through the supporting base, the supporting bridge piers and threaded connecting bases, the whole bridge floor can be installed conveniently through the supporting bridge piers and the bridge body supporting plate, and shaking and deviation of the bridge floor are avoided through the rubber supporting pads.
