The invention discloses a connecting structure of a bridge pier and a bridge at a bridge telescopic position, which comprises a lower base, an articulated shaft, a lower mounting frame, an upper mounting frame, an upper base, an upper fixing frame and a lower fixing frame, wherein a lower mounting frame and an upper mounting frame are respectively mounted at the top ends and the bottom ends of thelower base and the upper base; second sliding rails are mounted at the two ends of the interiors of the lower mounting frame and the upper mounting frame; a second sliding block matched with the second sliding rail is arranged in the second sliding rail; an upper fixing frame and a lower fixing frame are installed at the bottom end of the lower base and the bottom end of the upper base respectively; rubber supports are installed at the top end and the bottom end of the lower base and the top end of the upper base respectively; and upper heat insulation pads and lower heat insulation pads areinstalled at the bottom end and the top end of the lower base and the upper base respectively. According to the connecting structure of the bridge pier and the bridge at the bridge telescopic position, the second spring is extruded by the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to deform, so that the fourth spring, the first spring and the second spring deform to absorb vibration forceborne by the bridge.
