The invention relates to a sanitation vehicle dust collection fan assembly and a sanitation vehicle. The sanitation vehicle dust collection fan assembly comprises a bracket and a dust collection fan fixed on the bracket, wherein the dust collection fan comprises a housing internally provided with a fan impeller and a fan motor used for driving the fan impeller to rotate, the housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the dust collection fan assembly further comprises a cooling device for cooling the fan motor, the cooling device comprises a water pump, a heat dissipation water tank and a cooling pipeline for communicating the water pump, the heat dissipation water tank and the fan motor, the heat dissipation water tank is fixedly arranged at the air outlet of the housing, andthe heat dissipation water tank is provided with a through air channel corresponding to the air outlet. According to the invention, high-speed air flow at the air outlet of the dust collection fan isused for conducting air-cooling heat dissipation on water in the heat dissipation water tank, and a heat dissipation fan does not need to be additionally arranged for conducting heat dissipation on the water in the heat dissipation water tank. Meanwhile, the air outlet of the dust collection fan is large in space, and the problems of large occupied space and complex structure of a motor cooling device in the prior art are solved.
