The sanitation truck chassis assembly comprises a chassis frame body, an exhaust system, a sanitation system, a traveling system and a power system, the exhaust system, the sanitation system, the traveling system and the power system are arranged on the chassis frame body, and the exhaust system is arranged at the position, close to the front end, of the chassis frame body; the power system comprises an engine, a self-adaptive full-power PTO and a power distribution part which are sequentially connected, the self-adaptive full-power PTO comprises a first transmission device and a second transmission device, one end of the first transmission device is connected with the output end of the engine, and the other end of the first transmission device is selectively connected with the traveling system; one end of the second transmission device is connected with the first transmission device, and the other end of the second transmission device is connected with the power distribution part which is used for selectively distributing power of the second transmission device to the environmental sanitation system. The engine is used for providing power for the traveling system and the environmental sanitation system at the same time, and the exhaust system is arranged in front. The rear end space of the chassis assembly can be saved for arranging an environmental sanitation system, a vehicle body does not need to be lengthened, and cost is saved.
