The vertical rod is positioned at the axis of the circular ring; according to the columnar concrete block, the two adjacent cross plates can be tightly fixed together through the transverse plate embedding structures, and due to the fact that the larger the friction is, the higher the stability is, the firmness of the three cross plates can be improved, the resistance of the columnar concrete block is improved when the columnar concrete block is used, and the situation that the columnar concrete block is prone to inclining or breaking is reduced.
