Method and system for protecting cable by Bailey trusses
The invention discloses a method and system for protecting a cable by Bailey trusses. The method comprises the core steps that grooves are formed in two sides of cable pipe ditches, the Bailey trussesare arranged on Bailey truss foundations, and suspension structures of the Bailey trusses are placed in the grooves; one of side surfaces of subway foundation pits is selected for beginning, lower soil bodies of the cable ditches are excavated step by step in a segmental mode in the length direction of the cable ditches, transverse shape steel is erected below parts of the cable ditches corresponding to the segments after the excavation of the lower soil bodies of the cable ditches of each segment is finished, the lower soil bodies of the cable ditches of the next segment is excavated after the transverse shape steel is welded and fixed to the suspension structures of the Bailey trusses, until the other side surfaces of the subway foundation pits are excavated; and when subway construction conflicts with the cable arrangement, and if the cable cannot be transferred, the cable can be effectively protected in the process of excavating the subway foundation pits through the method and system.
本发明公开了贝雷架保护电缆的方法和系统,核心步骤在于:在电缆管沟的两侧开挖沟槽,在所述贝雷架基础上设置贝雷架,在所述沟槽的内放置所述贝雷架的悬吊结构;选取所述地铁基坑的其中一个侧面开始,沿所述电缆管沟的长度方向分节段逐级开挖所述电缆管沟的下方土体,在每一节段的所述电缆管沟的下方土体开挖完成后,在所述节段对应的所述电缆管沟的部分下方架设横向型钢,将所述横向型钢与所述贝雷架的悬吊结构焊接固定后再开挖下一所述节段的所述电缆管沟的下方土体,直至开挖到所述地铁基坑的另一个侧面;在地铁施工与电缆设置发生冲突时,如该电缆无法进行迁改,通过本发明提供的方法以及系统能够有效使电缆在地铁基坑挖掘的过程中得到保护。
