Serial hybrid power excavator control system and control method thereof
The invention discloses a serial hybrid power excavator control system and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery. The serial hybrid power excavator control system comprises an overall excavator controller, a rectifier and inverter, an engine controller and a flywheel energy storage system which are connected through communication buses; an engine anda flywheel electric generator system which are connected in series are also arranged between the engine controller and the rectifier and inverter; the engine controller is used for receiving an electricity generating command of the overall excavator controller, and controlling the engine to drive the flywheel electric generator system to generate electricity according to the electricity generating command; and the rectifier and inverter is used for receiving the electric energy generated by the flywheel electric generator system, and converting the electric energy and storing the converted electric energy into the flywheel energy storage system. The serial hybrid power excavator control system and the control method thereof can be applicable to a use condition of an excavator; and the using performance of a hybrid power excavator is improved.
