The invention discloses a power control method of a hybrid excavator. The power control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a load demand; determining a valley filling threshold value and a peak clipping threshold value of the engine according to the SOC of the power battery; the working mode of the motor is determined according to the SOC of the power battery, the load requirement and the valley filling threshold value and the peak clipping threshold value of the engine; according to the method, the engine torque is limited in a low-energy-consumption area under the condition that the engine is at a certain gear rotating speed through the peak clipping and valley filling effect of the ISG motor, the response speed of the ISG motor and the response speed of the engine are adjusted according to the load change rate, transient change of engine power is avoided, and oil consumption is reduced.
本发明公开了一种混动挖机的动力控制方法,包括:获取负载需求;根据动力电池SOC确定发动机的填谷阈值和削峰阈值;根据动力电池的SOC、负载需求、发动机的填谷阈值和削峰阈值确定电机的工作模式;根据电机的工作模式对电机扭矩进行控制,本发明通过ISG电机的削峰填谷作用使发动机在某一档位转速下,限制发动机转矩在低能耗区,根据负载变化率调节ISG电机和发动机响应速度,避免了发动机功率的瞬态变化,节省了油耗。
