The invention discloses a water interception micro-irrigation method for concrete frame slope protection plants, which comprises the following steps: arranging a water interception pool on the lower vertical surface of a concrete frame cross beam, and installing a filter element on the water interception pool to form a micro-irrigation system. A water interception plate on the water interception pool is used for intercepting scouring of runoff to planting soil in the frame, meanwhile, a rubber sealing area is arranged on the joint face of the water interception pool and the frame to form a water storage pool, a filter element is installed on the water interception pool to form a seepage channel, and the problems of insufficient water and easy downward sliding of water caused by the small rain bearing area of the abrupt slope are solved. The micro-irrigation time in the drought period is prolonged, and the purpose of long-term survival of plants is achieved.
