Early strength type semi-flexible pavement
The invention discloses an early strength type semi-flexible pavement which is formed by piling up a cement-based grouting material. The cement-based grouting material comprises, by mass, 40-50 partsof slag, 15-20 parts of fly ash, 30-40 parts of water glass, 25-35 parts of silica fume, 2-5 parts of limestone mineral powder; 6-8 parts of graphene, 14-18 parts of epoxy resin, 6-8 parts of metakaolin, 2-5 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 8-10 parts of phthalic anhydride, 6-8 parts of trimethylolpropane, 3-5 parts of rubber powder, 3-5 parts of bauxite, 2-4 parts of iron oxide yellow,0.5-1 part of calcium hydroxide, 5-10 parts of modified plant fibers, 15-20 parts of glycerol and 10-20 parts of water, wherein the content of SiO2 in the silica fume is greater than or equal to 92wt.%. The early strength type semi-flexible pavement is formed by piling up the cement-based grouting material, the obtained semi-flexible pavement has good high-temperature rutting resistance, low-temperature cracking resistance, water damage resistance and fatigue resistance, and the service lifetime of the pavement can be prolonged.
本发明公开了一种早强型半柔性路面,采用水泥基灌浆材料堆砌而成,水泥基灌浆材料由如下质量份数的组分组成:40~50份矿渣、15~20份粉煤灰、30~40份水玻璃、25~35份硅灰、2~5份石灰岩矿粉、6~8份石墨烯、14~18份环氧树脂、6~8份偏高岭土、2~5份乙二胺四乙酸、8~10份邻苯二甲酸酐、6~8份三羟甲基丙烷、3~5份胶粉、3~5份铝矾土、2~4份氧化铁黄、0.5~1份氢氧化钙、5~10份改性植物纤维、15~20份甘油以及10~20份水。其中,所述硅灰中SiO含量≥92wt.%。本发明早强型半柔性路面采用上述水泥基灌浆材料堆砌而成,得到的半柔性路面具有良好的高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂、抗水损坏、抗疲劳性能,能够延长路面的使用寿命。
