The invention discloses a pouring type semi-flexible pavement slurry conveying vehicle and a semi-flexible pavement slurry pouring method. A slurry conveying vehicle comprises a chassis and a slurry storage pool, and the upper portion of the slurry storage pool is open and arranged on the chassis. A slurry outlet is formed in the bottom of the tail part of the slurry storage tank, and a ball valveis arranged at the slurry outlet of the liquid storage tank and is connected with a slurry outlet pipe; an opening of the slurry storage tank is covered with a filter screen and is used for filteringpowder balls or other impurities in the slurry. The slurry pouring operation carried out by adopting the slurry conveying vehicle comprises the following steps: 1, slurry receiving; 2, slurry conveying; 3, grouting; and 4, circulation of the step 1 to the step 3 until the pavement grouting is completed. The problems that the long-distance slurry pumping pressure of a pouring type semi-flexible pavement cannot meet the requirements, a pipeline is blocked, and cleaning is difficult can be solved, and the grouting construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种灌注式半柔性路面运浆车以及半柔性路面浆液灌注方法，运浆车包括底盘和储浆池，所述储浆池上部敞口且置于底盘上。所述储浆池尾部的池底设有出浆口，储液池出浆口设球阀，球阀连接出浆管；所述储浆池敞口覆盖过滤网，用于过滤浆液中的粉团或其他杂质。采用上述运浆车进行浆液灌注作业包括以下步骤：1、接浆；2、运浆；3、灌浆；4、循环步骤1～步骤3，直至路面注浆完成。本发明可解决灌注式半柔性路面远距离浆液泵送压力难以满足要求，管路堵塞、清理难等问题，提高灌浆施工效率。
