Pier anti-collision device with flexible sandwich structure
The invention discloses a pier anti-collision device with flexible sandwich structure. The device comprises a steel plate inner anti-collision layer, a buffering energy-absorbing sandwich layer, an outer-layer collision facing panel and I-shaped connecting pieces between all components of the anti-collision device, and the sandwich layer is composed of a concave hexagonal negative poisson ratio honeycomb framework and an inner foam concrete filler. All the components of the device are bonded through epoxy resin adhesives and connected into a whole through I-shaped toggle clips. In order to improve the durability and ductility of the anti-collision device, a layer of polyurea material is sprayed on the outer surface of the head-on collision panel. Compared with a traditional bridge pier anti-collision device, the bridge pier anti-collision device is small in occupied area, convenient and fast to install and replace and small in adverse effect on traffic, the sandwich layer of the bridgepier anti-collision device is high in energy absorption efficiency, and stress diffusion can be effectively achieved. Because the anti-collision device can effectively absorb energy generated by collision and reduce the peak value of collision force, damage to a vehicle and a pier due to collision can be reduced at the same time.
本发明公开了一种柔性三明治结构桥墩防撞装置,桥墩防撞装置包括钢板内防撞层,缓冲吸能夹芯层,外层迎撞面板,以及防撞装置各部件之间的“工字型”连接件,夹芯层由内凹六边形负泊松比蜂窝骨架和内部泡沫混凝土填充物组成。本装置各部件之间通过环氧树脂胶粘剂粘接,并由“工字型”夹扣连接为一个整体。为提高防撞装置的耐久性和延性,在迎撞面板外表面喷涂一层聚脲材料。与传统桥墩防撞装置相比,本装置占地面积较小,安装更换方便快捷,对交通造成的不利影响较小,而且本装置夹芯层吸能效率高且能有效地实现应力扩散。由于本防撞装置能够有效的吸收撞击产生的能量并降低撞击力的峰值,故能同时减轻因撞击而对车辆和桥墩两者造成的损伤。
