The invention discloses a construction method of an ultra-deep anti-seepage wall. The construction method comprises the following steps of in a grooving construction process of the ultra-deep anti-seepage wall, if the anti-seepage wall needs to be embedded into a high and steep bed rock of a riverbed, forming a slotted hole by adopting a composite blasting method; after the slotted hole is formed,pouring concrete into the slotted hole by adopting a dynamic hole cleaning method to prevent the upper layer of the concrete and a mixed slurry flocculate formed by slurry precipitation in the slotted hole from being cemented and hardened so as to continuously pour the concrete to form a continuous wall body in the vertical direction; and when the concrete is poured into the slotted hole, preventing the poured concrete from entering the inner part of a joint pipe to cause the joint pipe to be cast through a valve assembly of the joint pipe arranged at the end of the slotted hole and an adjusting assembly for adjusting the opening degree of the valve assembly. According to the construction method disclosed by the invention, the anti-seepage wall can be constructed in a deep covering layerwith the deepest depth exceeding 180 meters under the condition of bad construction conditions, the construction method is high in grooving efficiency and good in effect, and the construction period of the anti-seepage wall is shortened and the construction quality of the anti-seepage wall is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种超深防渗墙施工方法,包括:在对超深防渗墙进行成槽施工的过程中,若遇到防渗墙需嵌入河床高陡坡基岩内的情况,则采用复合爆破的方法形成槽孔;形成槽孔后,采用动态清孔的方法向槽孔内浇注混凝土,防止混凝土上层与槽孔内泥浆沉淀形成的混浆絮凝物胶结硬化,以便持续浇注混凝土形成垂直方向上连续的墙体;在向槽孔内浇注混凝土的同时,通过下设在槽孔端头的接头管所具有的活门组件和调节活门组件开度的调节组件,防止浇注的混凝土进入接头管内部而使接头管铸死。本发明方法,可在施工条件恶劣的条件下实现最深处超过180米的深厚覆盖层中进行防渗墙施工,成槽效率高、效果好,缩短防渗墙施工工期,保证防渗墙施工质量。
