Wallboard installation detection device and wallboard installation robot
The invention discloses a wallboard installation detection device and a wallboard installation robot. The wallboard installation detection device comprises an installation seat, a bracket, a detectionmechanism and a linear driving piece, wherein the installation seat is used for being connected with an external executing mechanism; the bracket is rotationally connected with the installation seat;the detection mechanism is arranged on the bracket and detects whether the gesture of a wallboard meets the installation requirement or nor; and the output end of the linear driving piece is connected with the bracket and can conduct telescopic movement to drive the bracket to rotate relative to the installation seat. According to the wallboard installation detection device, before the wallboardis installed, whether the gesture of the to-be-installed wallboard meets the installation requirement or nor is detected through the detection mechanism, and the wallboard installation precision is improved; under the limited space condition, the bracket can be driven by the linear driving piece to turn over downwards so that the overall height of the wallboard installation robot can be decreased,and the passing ability of the wallboard installation robot is improved; and during wallboard installation operation, the bracket can be driven to turn over upwards through the linear driving piece to reach the higher operation range to adapt to different operation spaces.
