The invention provides a construction method of an underground water plant with a sunken open space. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) opening or cancelling a top plate which is arranged on an underground first floor of a fully-underground sewage treatment plant and penetrates through the upper part of a fully-closed vehicle-traveling passage of the whole building, so asto form the sunken open space; (2) widening the clear width of the vehicle-traveling passage, and connecting the two ends of the vehicle-traveling passage with the ground through a ramp or an outdoorstep; (3) arranging safety exits of all fire zones of the underground first floor on the two sides of the vehicle-traveling passage; and (4) arranging closed staircases of fire zones of an underground second floor on the two sides of a projection of the vehicle-traveling passage, and directly communicating the sunken open space on the underground first floor. According to the underground water plant constructed by the method, on the premise of meeting the building design fire protection Standard GB50016, the number of the evacuation staircases protruding out of the ground can be reduced, a continuous and complete ground landscape environment is provided for a plant area and even surrounding areas, and the construction cost can be reduced.
一种具有下沉式开敞空间的地埋水厂的构建方法,包括如下步骤:①将设置于全地下式污水处理厂地下一层且贯穿整个建筑的全封闭车行通道上方的顶板敞开或取消,使之形成下沉式开敞空间;②将车行通道净宽度拉宽,其两端通过坡道或室外台阶与地面衔接;③将地下一层所有防火分区的安全出口均设置于车行通道两侧;④将地下二层防火分区的封闭楼梯间布置于车行通道投影两侧,并在地下一层直通下沉的开敞空间。通过该方法构建的地埋水厂在满足《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016的前提下,可减少突出地面的疏散楼梯间数量,为厂区乃至周边地区提供连续、完整的地面景观环境且可降低建设成本。
