Ground guide rail orthographic type two-layer vehicle carrying system
The invention relates to a ground guide rail orthographic type two-layer vehicle carrying system. The ground guide rail orthographic type two-layer vehicle carrying system comprises a parking area, achannel area, parking guide rails, channel guide rails, a first-layer comb tooth exchange device, a second-layer comb tooth exchange device, a carrying vehicle and a direction changing device. Vehicles are carried through the vehicle carrier, the needed parking space width is relatively small, and vehicles are parked on an upper layer and a lower layer; the guide rails are installed on the channelarea and the parking spaces, the vehicle carrier can achieve switching of longitudinal/transverse displacement without turning running, the running efficiency is high, the turning radius does not need to be considered for lanes, and thus more parking spaces can be contained; the manufacturing, installing and maintaining cost of relative devices is low; and advance parking scheduling (incoming ofa vehicle triggers automatic scheduling of a ground parking position or a second-layer parking position according to current shortest vehicle taking time) and advance vehicle taking scheduling (a usercan order to schedule the target vehicle to a switching parking space when the user enters in the vehicle taking process) can be achieved through a matched intelligent management system. A favorablecondition is created for the system to be in butt-joint with other systems through connection of the driving lanes and the switching parking space.
本发明一种地面导轨正交式两层车辆搬运系统包括停车区域、通道区域、停车导轨、通道导轨、首层梳齿交换装置、二层梳齿交换装置、搬运车、换向装置,通过搬运车搬运车辆,所需停车位宽度相对较小,上/下两层停车;通道区域、停车位安装有导轨,搬运车无需拐弯运行即实现纵向/横向位移的转换,运行效率高,道路无需考虑转弯半径从而能够容纳更多停车位;相关装置制作、安装、维护成本低;配套智能管理系统可实现停车预先调度(车辆驶入触发按当前最短取车时间自动调度一个地面停车或者二层停车位置)以及取车预先调度(取车时用户进场时即指令调度目标车辆至转换车位)。行车车道与转换车位接轨也为本系统对接其他系统创造了有利条件。
