The invention provides a comb type ground guide rail orthogonalized vehicle transfer system. The comb type ground guide rail orthogonalized vehicle transfer system comprises a parking area, a passagearea, a comb-type exchange device, a transfer car and a reversing device. A vehicle is transferred by the transfer car, so that the width of a required parking spot is low; guide rails are installed in the passage area and the parking spot, the transfer car can achieve conversion of longitudinal/transverse displacement without turning under the cooperation of the reversing device, and the runningefficiency is high. More parking spots can be contained without considering the turning radii of roads in the parking area. The manufacturing and installation cost of the guide rails, the comb type exchange device and the reversing device is low, maintenance is hardly needed; the parking spots shares the transfer car, and the apportioned cost is low; after an intelligent management system is adopted for supporting, pre-scheduling can be achieved during parking, that is, when a vehicle eased into a parking lot, the condition that the parking spot is automatically determined according to the shortest car taking time is triggered, and at the same time, the transfer car is scheduled. Moreover, vehicle pre-scheduling can be achieved when the vehicle is taken, that is, when the user takes the vehicle, the intelligent management system sends an instruction to schedule the transfer car.
